These Terms govern your use of the InnovateX HQ platform at ix.flukebase.me. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use InnovateX HQ. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
You may not create accounts for others or impersonate another person.
One account per person. Duplicate or automated accounts may be removed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post spam, misleading content, or unsolicited promotions
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
Impersonate individuals, companies, or institutions
Upload malicious files, malware, or inappropriate content
Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the platform
Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
Use the platform for illegal activities

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create on InnovateX HQ (posts, comments, profile information, uploaded images). By posting content, you grant InnovateX HQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

You may delete your content at any time. Deleted content will be removed from the platform, though cached copies may persist briefly.

5. Platform Status

InnovateX HQ is currently in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, data persistence, or feature availability during this period.

6. Matching & Connections

The matching feature connects users based on profile information and preferences. InnovateX HQ does not guarantee the accuracy of profiles, the quality of matches, or any outcomes from connections made on the platform. Always exercise your own judgment.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the community. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@ix.flukebase.me.

8. Limitation of Liability

InnovateX HQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnovateX HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
